Use of the service
RoadReady is field service software for mobile RV repair operations. Accounts are for the business that signs up and the technicians it authorises, and each account is responsible for the accuracy of the records and invoices it creates.
Your data
Customers, jobs, photos, notes and billing records entered into the account belong to the business. You can export them or ask us to delete them at any time.
Payments
Invoices are generated from recorded labor, call-out fees and parts. Card, tap-to-pay and ACH payments are handled by the payment processor connected to the account.
Plans and changes
Pricing, plan limits and any custom work are agreed in writing. We'll give notice before material changes to these terms.
