What we store
RoadReady holds the records needed to run service work: customer contact details, service addresses, RV information, job records, technician notes, repair photos, time entries and parts requests. Card details are never stored in the application — they stay with the payment processor.
How it is used
Information is used to schedule and dispatch work, document repairs, bill customers and report on the operation. It is not sold or shared with advertisers.
Access
Owners and office staff would see the whole operation. Technicians would see only the jobs assigned to them, along with the customer information needed to complete that work.
