Every customer, job, photo, note, and dollar figure in this demo is sample content created to illustrate the product. No real customer information is stored, and nothing you type into the demo leaves your browser.
What the full build would store
A production deployment would hold customer contact details, service addresses, RV information, job records, technician notes, repair photos, time entries, parts requests, and payment records held by the payment processor rather than in the application.
Access
Owners and office staff would see the whole operation. Technicians would see only the jobs assigned to them, along with the customer information needed to complete that work.
